180 MISSION MEETING

There will be a meeting in the church hall on Sunday 9th December at 2.30pm for anyone willing to help out with the Youth Mission in January

THE MENS FELLOWSHIP

Friday 14th December in the Church Office at 8.00pm. Rev Stuart Finlay will speak on his recent visit to the Cowan Family in Kenya – Church planting and Agricultural development projects.

RAINBOWS – MOTHER AND TODDLER GROUP

Wednesday 5th and 12th   December from 9.30 – 11.30 in the Church Hall. For babies and young children up to 4 years old. Mums, Dads, Grandparents welcome. Rainbows will recommence after the Christmas holiday on Wednesday 9th  January 2019.

THE LADIES SUPPORT GROUP

BELFAST CITY MISSION BOXES

Donations and boxes should be returned this year to Miss Lorna McKee by Thursday 13th  December please. Thank you for your support and generosity. Gifts and new toys can be accepted up to Monday 10th December. The annual local rally will be held in Kilkeel Presbyterian Church on Thursday 31st  January at 8.00pm.

MAGAZINES 2019

Anyone wishing to place an order for or cancel their subscription to The Presbyterian Herald should contact Mrs Sylvia Grills before 31st t December . Subscription envelopes for 2019 will be enclosed in the December issue. Mission Ireland Calendars are also available for purchase.

MOURNE STIMULUS

Mourne Stimulus Day Centre are holding their annual Christmas Fayre on Wednesday 5th December 2018 from 1.30 – 3.30pm.  Our popular Makaton Choir are performing at 3pm.  Lots of craft items for sale as well as breads, cakes and buns.  Admission is £3.50 per person and includes a cup of tea/coffee and mince  pie.  Children are free

NEW BEGINNINGS 

Coffee & Carols 

Come along and enjoy mince pies, shortbread and hot drinks, along with live carol singing to celebrate the season. All proceeds go directly to New Beginnings Charitable Foundation. 6pm – 9pm Friday 14th December 2018 at MADE in MOURNE, 37 Greencastle Street, Kilkeel (opposite the church!)

FINANCES 2018

Closing date for 2016 financial contributions will be Sunday 30th   December.

The Target of Honour for Missions Home and Abroad is approx. £45 per family. Please be as generous as you can.

Anyone requiring WFO envelopes for the first time in 2019 should order them a.s.a.p. using the sheets in the vestibules.

Extra envelopes for Missions Home & Abroad, Orphan Society and Livingstonia are available in the vestibules. Please remember to put your WFO number or name and address on them if you wish the donation to be recorded.
